The Office for Science and Technology of the French Embassy, The Israeli Ministry of Science and Technology (MOST), The Ministry of National Infrastructure, the Weizmann Institute for Science, the CEA LITEN (Laboratory of Innovation for New Energy Technologies and Nanomaterials), The CNRS (National Center for Scientific Research) and the ADEME (The French Environment and Energy Management Agency) will organize the “First French-Israeli Workshop on Renewable Energy” on November 10th and 11th, at the Dan Panorama Hotel in Tel Aviv. One day will be chaired by the Israeli Ministry of Science and Technology and the other one by Israeli Ministry of National Infrastructures.
In phase with the new call for proposals that will be launched this fall on renewable energy: Storage, Solar by the French-Israeli High Council for Science and Technology, the goal of this meeting is to promote new bilateral cooperation and create synergies between both countries in the field of renewable energies.
During this meeting, twelve French researchers and twelve Israeli researchers will present their research work on the topics of photovoltaic and solar thermal, bio-fuels and energy storage.
