The Ministry of Science and Technology funds the international travel expenditures of an Israeli scientific delegation who are participating in a binational conference which is held abroad. Delegations to European countries are usually assembled with 6 scientists. The responsible institute in the counterpart country funds both the expenses of the Israeli delegation member's participation in the conferences, and the general expenses which are included in the execution of the conference.
