The Administration provides tools for expressing all forms of arts, defines the criteria for support, allocates resources and helps in solving problems and crises situations in the various institutions. The Administration is defining a rewarding system for promoting and encouraging the artist and the performer.

The Administration deals with and supports some 850 culture and arts institutions and handles over 2,900 yearly requests for supports for various institutions and projects.
