Within the framework of scientific cooperation between Israel and Great Britain, the two countries hold bi-national conferences and exchange delegations.

The Ministry of Science, Culture & Sport is in charge of the program organization on the Israeli side, while on the British side, the OST (Office of Science and Technology), which ascribes to the Department of Trade and Industry, is in charge of the budget and program.
The executive and financial responsibility of the program has been transfered to the British Council in Israel. The British Council is a public organization aimed at promoting the English language and English culture worldwide.
