The purpose of the Researchers Exchange Program is to create a network of scientists for the benefit of science promotion. It should be noted that in a program like this the activity is reciprocal.

The cost of this activity for 2004 was of a grand total of 110,000 NIS. This included funding flying tickets and living expenses for the 22 Israeli researchers who visited different research institutions for promoting cooperation in shared research areas.
