The Ministry support projects which are meant to expose youth to science, and strengthen their scientific thinking and curiosity. This activity focuses on youth, and especially in youth living in development towns and in settlements that are far from the center of the country.

On 2004, the Ministry has approved 28 project with a grand total of 300,000 NIS.

On 2005, the Ministry intends on publishing quarterly call for proposal, with a grand total of 600,000 NIS.
